For years now I've been using Micro-Mark as a source for those hard-to-get small tools that are so useful both for carrying out work on model engines and for model-building. The company specializes in small hobby tools for both woodworking and mechanical applications. I can get some of these tools locally, but seldon at the quality offered by Micro-Mark.
