The 3 cc Model Dockyard Cub was one of a number of model engines offered by The Model Dockyard of Melbourne, Australia during a time spanning the WW2 years when access to overseas engines was greatly restricted This engine appeared in both diesel and spark ignition forms, also being offered in both ready-to-run and kit forms. Maris Dislers tested examples of both diesel and spark ignition variants, which turned out to be quite good runners by then-current standards. Maris’s very interesting article on the Model Dockyard Cub may be found elsewhere on this website.
