Although the KO diesels of the 1950's and 1960's are reasonably well-known among the collector community, the earlier KO glow-plug models from the 1940's are far less familiar to most people. This is a pity, because they are fine engines in their own right, despite being based in large part upon established American designs from OK and O&R. Here I've presented images of both the .19 and .29 models, and there was also a .61 racing engine. The full story of the early KO models may be found elsewhere on this web-site.
